When Lenka’s company realized they needed someone internally to take on the role of certified compliance officer, she began exploring her options.

She found the soft skills sessions, including the roleplays and coaching, both exhausting and energizing. “They forced me to grow. I started handling difficult conversations differently.”
Another key element was how practical and thoughtfully designed the course was. Small groups, room for discussion, tools like Ruler, and a clear focus on helping participants apply what they learn from day one. “This wasn’t just theory you forget the next week. Every module brought something useful. I even enjoyed putting away my phone and emails — I wanted to be fully present.”

Lenka also appreciated the mindset shift the training enabled.
Instead of memorizing rules, she learned to understand the logic, navigate legal frameworks, and find the right information herself — a refreshing change from the education system she grew up with. “It gave me structure, clarity, and confidence. I know how to approach a situation, what questions to ask, where to look — and how to explain it to others. That’s the true value of this course.”
